LOCATION NOTE

Add a marker

A marker records a location and your note. It does not establish a diagnosis.

Human anatomy, with your notes

Reference views preserves your supplied image exactly. Use the zoom slider, scroll to pan, and add numbered markers. Its original orange glows and labels are illustration content, not patient records.

Rotate 3D uses detailed human anatomy meshes. Drag each figure to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom, and right-drag to pan. Arrow keys rotate a focused view; +/− zoom. Front, Back, Side and Reset reposition all three figures.

3D points remain attached to the model and appear in each rotating view. Reference-image points are a separate set of locations; no unverified 2D-to-3D anatomical mapping is applied.

Local storage. Notes stay in this browser on this device, in unencrypted browser storage. Use Backup to export markers, care context and evidence together as JSON. Keep that backup somewhere private. Browser storage can be cleared; the local notebook has no cloud sync. The hosted source library uses workspace sign-in and encrypted server storage. Original file bytes are separate from notebook JSON backups. There is no hospital-record integration. Evidence & trends records measurements, symptoms, treatments and research questions, with source wording and a printable report.

Visual reference. Gemini-generated image supplied by Shane Heath. The image is not a 3D mesh; the rotating models are separate reference anatomy and will differ in surface detail. This prototype is not a clinical measurement tool.

Reports & uploads. Bulk-store PDFs and screenshots, preserve originals and review source passages. Hosted extraction uses local Poppler/Tesseract tools; external AI processing is off.
